Officers responded to the 3600 block of Route 378 at 11:32 a.m. for a report of a man who had allegedly exposed himself to a woman in the parking area.
After gathering information at the scene, authorities located and identified the man as Angel A. Cajilema-Hilgado.
The victim positively identified Cajilema-Hilgado as the suspect, leading to the charges.
He has no criminal record in the state and court documents on this incident were unavailable at the time of publishing.
